ABOUT ME

     Dr. Davita is a double board-certified Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who earned her medical degree from Michigan State University and completed her residency and fellowship at University of Michigan. Her fields of expertise include the psychiatric care of children age 3y and up, adolescents and young adults; this may involve initial diagnostic evaluations, second opinion consultations, ongoing medication management, brief psychotherapy and behavioral change support (nutrition, movement, sleep routines and coping skills) individualized to meet the needs of each patient and their family. Dr. Davita sees patients primarily via telemedicine but is also available for in-office appointments in Ann Arbor, Michigan. 

     When she is not busy working, Dr. Davita enjoys spending time with her husband and son and dogs, baking, and competing in triathlon and running races.
